File990Now provides software for preparing and electronically transmitting IRS Forms 990-N and 990-EZ. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for signing the return declaration. Fees are charged per filing at submission; if the IRS rejects a return, corrections and resubmission are free. If a return cannot be transmitted, the fee is refunded. We are not a law or accounting firm and do not provide tax advice.
